Ouch

Forgive me if I can't catch up. It hurts. Each and every step of the way. The pain reminds me of a chant we used back in JC rugby. We used to shout it out whenever we pushed our bodies to the limit. It's one of the US Marines' phrases.

"Pain is weakness leaving the body."

Sounds quite psycho no? And yet I wonder everyday, when the pain will go away. Am I really so weak that I have to go through so much pain? I'll only get stronger after the pain goes away I guess.

So how does one react to pain? Probably depends on how much it hurts. You might scream, shout, tremble or even cry. It's rather easy to gauge physical pain. Your body automatically tells you how much it hurts. There's an obvious difference between an ant-bite and having your nails pulled out. And when it goes off your personal Richter scale, you go unconscious to avoid it all.

But how do you measure emotional pain or psychological trauma? A simple off-hand remark can destroy a friendship or even end a person's life. How many heartbreaks can you take before you go numb?

Well, I'm not really quite sure what I'm rambling about. Pray do tell if you can tell me what I'm trying to say. For the rest of you, just remember to say "Ouch!" the next time I hurt you. Otherwise I'd never know that I'm causing you pain.

Anyway, Nanase Aikawa rocks!!! She's like my fave rock chick and this song totally rocks!! Wooooooo!!!!! (No Hard Gay jokes please.)

Filler

Today was a pretty cool day. Started things off at midnight with supper at Bukit Timah's Al Azhar. Finished up the American Pie Trilogy at Ky's. Back home and discovered the presence of a monitor which has kept me awake 'till now surfing so much porn my connection's almost going burst.

And my 7610 usb cable has miraculously revived!! KY!! I uploaded the Bugis pic we took with my phone onto my com. The one I was supposed to send you to photoedit and put someone's face on it. Remember?? Time for someone to get photoshopped besides me. Wahahaha!

The morning's beautiful as always with the sunlight turning everything it touches into gold. I just can't help gazing outside my window. And the sky's a nice blue color as well. Damn, I don't care if I sound fag. It's a really pretty sight.

A great day lies ahead and I'll probably sleep it off. But I'll wake up in time for the movie for sure. The only way to spoil my day is if "The Omen" destroys our run of good movie karma which I think it will. Seems like I get to watch the Worst Movie of the Year every year. Hope this one's not a strong contender for this award.

This was just a filler post, just like those damn annoying filler episodes for animes. But I haven't been updating for a long time and my sudden enforced break from the internet had left with me with a burning desire to blog.

See you guys at night. And for those that I don't see tonight, maybe we'll watch Germany vs Costa Rica on Friday? Girls are welcome too. Very much.
